Rail-Mounted Shiploader

The rail-mounted shiploader is designed for vessels ranging from 3,000 to 150,000 DWT, and is widely used at bulk terminals handling coal, iron ore, bauxite, and grain. The equipment travels back and forth along rails, combined with boom telescoping, luffing, and slewing motions to cover different berth lengths and vessel types.

Key features:
·Boom reach of 14–26 meters with a telescopic stroke of 6–18 meters, adapting to different loading positions within the hold
·Luffing angle of -15° to +20° and slewing angle of ±135°, providing broad loading coverage
·Belt width of 650–1,400mm with rated capacity from 500 to 4,500 t/h across the model range
·Total installed power of 78–330 kW, allowing selection based on terminal throughput and vessel type
·Compatible with vessels from 3,000 to 120,000 DWT, covering small, medium, and large berths

This series has a robust structure with rail tracks rated for heavy loads, suitable for continuous loading of coal, iron ore, and other high-volume, dust-generating materials. It supports the daily throughput requirements of terminals handling various vessel sizes.
