Fixed Cantilever Shiploader

The fixed cantilever shiploader is designed for single, fixed berth operations, and is used for loading grain, sand and gravel, or cement onto inland vessels of 500 to 5,000 tons. The equipment uses a fixed tower structure combined with a cantilevered belt conveyor system to complete the loading process.

Key features:
·Boom length of 12–20 meters with a telescopic stroke of 4–10 meters, adapting to different loading positions
·Slewing range of ±90° and luffing angle of -10° to +18°, allowing adjustable loading angles
·Belt width of 650–1,000mm with capacity ranging from 300 to 1,500 t/h
·Installed power of 45–125 kW, with a clearly tiered model range
·Fixed tower installation providing a stable structure suited to long-term operation at a single berth

This series is designed for a single, fixed berth location and does not require frequent relocation once installed. It is suitable for long-term, stable loading operations involving grain, sand and gravel, or cement, supporting continuous production at a fixed terminal point.
